Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator / Accounts Clerk

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator with prior experience as an accounts Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, possesses a strong background in financial processes, and is looking for a flexible working schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team

  • Manage and maintain purchase ledger processes

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, and correspondence

  • Support other finance and administrative functions as required

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus

  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: 5 hours a day Monday to Friday

Salary: dependant on experiance
