Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator with prior experience as an accounts Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, possesses a strong background in financial processes, and is looking for a flexible working schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team
Manage and maintain purchase ledger processes
Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with general office duties such as filing, copying, and correspondence
Support other finance and administrative functions as required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar finance administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours: 5 hours a day Monday to Friday
Salary: dependant on experiance
