“I just wanted to leave some feedback on your drivers after our Rock Choir break to Paris and Disneyland. We had Phil as our driver who was friendly and entertaining... despite the awful jokes!
He was also great on our journey home as we had a minor medical issue going through passport control. My friend dropped her blood pressure and although we should have been on an earlier train, he didn't stress or try to hurry us up. Passport control let Phil reverse the coach back down to save her walking too far.”

One of my friends is a bit agoraphobic and when we went in the tunnel he was marvellous, letting her stand at the front by the door so she didn't feel so hemmed in. A real gentleman.
