How early will you collect us?
When you book, give us your flight times and we will suggest a pick-up time that allows for the journey, traffic and your airline’s check-in requirements. Early-morning and late-night pick-ups can be arranged.
Is there room for luggage?
Yes. Our coaches have luggage holds under the floor, so suitcases, sports kit and instruments travel safely. Let us know if your group has a lot of luggage or large items and we will recommend the right size of coach.
Can you collect us when we fly home?
Yes. Give us your return flight details and we will plan the pick-up at the airport around your landing time, so your group travels home together.
Can wheelchair users travel with the group?
Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible coaches have passenger lifts and room for up to six wheelchair users.
