PCV Coach Drivers: FlixBus Routes from Sandy and Royston
We are seeking dedicated, professional PCV/PSV drivers to join our team on our FlixBus contract.

4 on, 2 off; 9 to 11 hours
The role
Driving for FlixBus
Since July 2025 we have operated FlixBus services on two routes. As part of our growing transport network you will play a crucial role in the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of those services. If you have a passion for driving and excellent customer service skills, we invite you to apply.

Key responsibilities
What you’ll do
Operate FlixBus vehicles
Safely drive coaches along designated routes, complying with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Customer service
Give passengers a friendly, courteous experience, handling enquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
Route management
Keep to scheduled routes and times, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Safety compliance
Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report any issues to maintenance, and make sure passengers follow safety rules.
Documentation
Keep accurate trip records, including start and end times, passenger numbers and any incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications and schedule
Qualifications
- Licensing: a valid PCV/PSV driving licence with a clean driving record
- Experience: previous experience driving coaches and doing express work
- Customer service: strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with passengers
- Flexibility: able to work varying shift times and adapt to schedule changes
- Reliability: a dependable, punctual team player who takes pride in their work
Work schedule
- Shift pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off
- Shift duration: variable shifts of 9 to 11 hours a day
