Job Description: PCV/PSV Drivers for FlixBus Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and professional PCV/PSV Drivers to join our team for an exciting new FlixBus contract set to commence in four weeks. As part of our growing transportation network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services across two new routes. Location: Depots in Sandy & Royston

Key Responsibilities

• Operate FlixBus Vehicles

  : Safely drive buses along designated routes, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.

• Customer Service

  : Provide a friendly and courteous experience for passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.

• Route Management

  : Adhere to scheduled routes and times, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

• Safety Compliance

  : Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report any issues to maintenance, and ensure passengers adhere to safety regulations.

• Documentation

  : Maintain accurate records of trips, including start and end times, passenger numbers, and any incidents encountered.

Work Schedule

• Shift Pattern

  : 4 days on, 2 days off

• Shift Duration

  : Variable shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours per day

Qualifications

• Licensing

  : Valid PCV/PSV driving license with a clean driving record.

• Experience

  : Previous experience driving Coaches and doing Express work.

• Customer Service Skills

  : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers.

• Flexibility

  : Ability to work varying shift times and adapt to schedule changes.
